Choco Marble Loaf by Alaska.

I saw a recipe that will surely suits a hot Pahimis Blend coffee or Coffee Choco Ice Drink which you can also pair with a Hot Cocoa Mini Marshmallows that you can share with your loved ones during Noche Buena and or Media Noche -- the Choco Marble Loaf by Alaska.

And this is how you do it.

Ingredients:

• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1 can Alaska Condensada 300ml
• 1/3 cup Alaska Evaporada
• 2 eggs
• 2/3 cup melted butter
• 1/4 cup chocolate syrup

How to Prepare:

Pre-heat oven to 250F. Line a loaf pan with wax paper or foil. In a bowl, sift all dry ingredients. Blend in Alaska Condensada, eggs, melted butter and Alaska Evaporada. Pour into prepared pan and set aside about 1/4 cup of the mixture. Blend chocolate syrup in the remaining mixture and blend well. Pour over the pan and swirl chocolate mixture into the batter using a knife. Bake for 45 minutes or until top is firm to the touch and when toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle of the cake. Serves 10.
