Patio Carlito and White House.

“Early bird catches the worm”, an old wise saying that everyone must be familiar with.

Ah, early, that’s the term. Right, I was there on the dot first time, alone and no-one else. Brilliant. (Pretending to be).

So, I sneaked and looked for someone to ask over, good thing that when I spin a bit I found Ms. Xchosa (the one who gave me right to attend various exclusive food events). Thank you! ^_^

And since I’m the first guest to get there, she swayed me around – exclusively. (Ehem)

TV Room (25-30 pax)

In a split second, Patio Carlito brought me back in time. 

A house that is bungalow type and the 'everything nice' (or . . . just me?). It made me believed like I am back, blast from the past. 

The homely rooms within reach distinctly pass on the freeing ambiance in every guest(s) while having an assembly (ala Rizal’s time, then out of the blue there’s guardia civil entering the foyer). Kidding =D

It was an old owned house mentioned by my ‘tour guide’, thus, it is enclose by 5 distinctive rooms: the piano room which can accommodate for 35-40 pax; the sala and the terrace that can provide accommodation for 30-35 pax; the bar room – the slightest place that can have room for 20-25 pax, and the last of all the tv room (25-30 pax), where we held our extensive meal that night. Oh no, not to forget the garden which have the seating capacity of 80-100 pax.

So when I say extensive meal . . . it looks something like these.

At night, the quiet and mild environment becomes a bar named White House, hence, the name Patio Carlito and White House. But you can still order and have the food (pointing up there).
